We are looking for an IT Help Desk professional to provide technical support to users and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to users for hardware, software and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Assist users with desktop, laptop, printer and basic network-related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, software and IT equipment.
• Manage and follow up on IT support tickets and user requests.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT teams when required.
• Assist with user account and access-related requests.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions and support activities.
• Support IT asset and equipment management.
• Ensure good customer service and effective communication with users.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk or Desktop Support is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
