Kerja Sepenuh Masa Chemist, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Premium Vegetables Oils Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1. To assist QC Manager in ensuring all in – process and final inspection tests according to the Product Data Sheets or customer requirement.

2. Verify plant performance by checking all inspection, test results and log of all work done and highlight any issues to QC Manager.

3. Assist Senior Chemist in preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly quality report as advised by QC Manager.

4. Ensure that product approval status is given on the packing sheet and formulating sheet.

5. Coordinating and implementing calibrations control of all lab apparatus and equipment. To ensure calibration is carried out according to schedule. To maintain record of the External Calibration Certificates.

6. Evaluate raw materials and competitor’s products as and when needed.

7. To facilitate in improving working facilities and environment in laboratory.

8. To raise Non-Conformance Report to Suppliers/Plant if necessary.

9. Approval for receiving and dispatches of various raw material and finished product.

10. Ensure accuracy in analysis to all lab personnel.

11. Facilitate training in QC Lab to improve working behavior and accuracy.

12. To ensure of the quality of processed and final product by strictly monitors in-house product specs to ensure no defect product being transfer to final storage tank.

13. To maintain given budget in Business Plan for present year.

14. Verification of chemical and additive record and stock for lab used.

15. Identify new method and establish procedure to improve lab analysis.

16. To assist and liaise with documentation department for issuing the Certificate of Analysis and other related document to the customer.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Food Science / Food Technology / Chemistry / Science related field
• Basic qualification, experience, and knowledge: Degree in related field with at least 1 year experience in oils and fats industry
• Skills: Chemistry / Testing Methodology / Data Analysis / Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Manufacturing process / Computer Literate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
