Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and improving new products.
• Conduct product testing and evaluation.
• Assist in troubleshooting product and production issues.
• Prepare and maintain R&D reports and documents.
• Support trial runs and process improvements.
• Work closely with Production, QC and other departments.
• Assist in researching new materials, products and technologies.
• Perform other R&D tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of product development and testing.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
