Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries including AP, AR, and general ledger updates.
• Prepare SOA and follow up on AR outstanding payments.
• Prepare online banking transactions for management approval.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on billing, statements, and payment matters.
• Prepare utilities billing, vehicle and properties insurance renewal.
• Complete the vendor registration, business documents, online portal application.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and general admin support.
• Prepare letters, basic reports, and documents for internal use.
• Assist in preparing documents required for auditors, banks, and management.
• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations departments to collect required documents.
• Support management in ad-hoc tasks, reporting, and administration.

Education & Experience

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Administrative or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in accounting or admin roles.
• Experience in using accounting software is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
