Jobdesk:

• Participate in a structured Management Trainee programme covering daily F&B operations, service, kitchen coordination, inventory, and outlet management.
• Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Learn and support manpower scheduling, staff coordination, and task allocation.
• Monitor service quality, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Assist in inventory control, stock checking, ordering, and minimizing food wastage.
• Support outlet sales activities, promotions, and customer service initiatives.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving operational issues professionally.
• Analyze basic outlet performance, sales, and operational reports.
• Work closely with outlet managers and team members to achieve operational and business targets.
• Take on increasing responsibilities and leadership duties throughout the training programme.
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced F&B environment and rotate across different operational functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, F&B Management, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of F&B, hospitality, retail, or operations experience are also encouraged.
• Strong interest in F&B operations and management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Willing to undergo training and be deployed to different outlets/locations if required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
