AP Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • To check salesman and merchandiser claim
  • To check supplier invoice against GR from warehouse
  • To prepare payment for suppolier
  • To prepare e-invoice for principal claim
  • Perform reconciliation for GL accounts
  • Perform reconciliation for creditor statement.

Qualifications / Experience Requirement

  • Candidate must possess Diploma/Advance/Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field or
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and general ledger
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting standards and tax requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
