We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to support recruitment activities and day-to-day HR coordination. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting new hire arrangements and HR projects.
Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies across various functions.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements through recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and suitability.
- Conduct initial candidate engagement, including salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment summaries for hiring manager review.
- Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
2. HR Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate HR-related communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and manpower tracking records.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of recruitment-related records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on hiring requirements and recruitment progress.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad-hoc HR tasks when required.
3. New Hire Coordination
- Coordinate new hire joining dates and communicate joining arrangements to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure necessary pre-employment documents are completed before joining.
- Support orientation and induction activities for new employees when required.
4. Recruitment Projects & Events
- Support recruitment campaigns, talent sourcing initiatives, and recruitment projects.
- Assist in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities.
- Support manpower planning and other hiring-related projects when required.
- Participate in HR initiatives and activities to support departmental objectives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
