What We Offer

  • Competitive Base Pay: Basic (RM1800) + Attendance Allowance + Transportation Allowance = Gross from RM2500 - RM3500

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Assist with operating, loading, and monitoring production line machinery according to safety protocols.
  • Product Assembly & Packing: Perform manual assembly, sorting, inspecting, and packaging of finished goods.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products to identify defects or irregularities.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in your designated work area throughout the shift.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with line leaders and floor supervisors to meet daily production output targets.

Job Requirements

  • Academic Qualifications:
  • SPM Pass with minimum Grade B in Mathematics and Grade D in English.
  • Work Experience:
  • Prior working experience as an Operator in a factory or manufacturing environment is required.
  • Physical & Environmental Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and capable of working in a non-air-conditioned environment (factory floor setting).
  • Able to handle long standing working hours and physical tasks throughout your shift.
  • Logistics: Must possess own transport (motorcycle or car) to ensure punctual attendance.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
