Key Responsibilities

Event Preparation and Setup

· Assist in preparing food, beverages, and catering supplies for events.

· Set up buffet stations, dining areas, serving equipment, and event materials according to event requirements.

· Load and unload catering equipment, food, and supplies for transportation.

Food and Beverage Service

· Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.

· Assist with table service, buffet service, and beverage service as required.

· Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Cleaning and Maintenance

· Maintain cleanliness of food preparation, serving, and dining areas.

· Wash and sanitize catering equipment, utensils, and serving ware.

· Assist with event breakdown, packing, and storage of equipment and supplies.

Inventory and Logistics

· Assist with stock management and inventory counts.

· Ensure catering supplies are organized and stored properly.

· Report shortages, damages, or equipment issues to supervisors.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

· Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

· Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures.

· Ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of food products.

Team Support

· Work closely with chefs, catering supervisors, event coordinators, and service staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Previous experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or event operations is an advantage.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
