Full Time Workshop Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Tcim Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Workshop Manager to lead and oversee the overall workshop operations for commercial vehicles. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient workshop performance, high technical and repair quality, customer satisfaction, warranty management, and compliance with manufacturer, safety, and regulatory standards. The Workshop Manager will lead and develop workshop personnel and technicians, drive productivity and continuous improvement, manage technical and warranty-related issues, and coordinate with customers, dealers, fleet operators, body builders, manufacturers, and external service providers. The role will also work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide technical support, after-sales solutions, and maintenance advice to customers, while contributing to business growth, operational excellence, and a strong customer-focused workshop culture.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
