Currently, we are seeking a Clinic Operation Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services.
- Lead, supervise, and develop clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, and administrative personnel.
- Monitor clinic performance by tracking operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, appointment flow, and service quality.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinic SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, infection control standards, and workplace safety policies.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, and resource allocation to ensure adequate daily coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective stock management.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to maintain high patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and department heads to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze clinic performance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage clinic budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff training to build a high-performing healthcare team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a clinic, medical center, hospital, or healthcare environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of clinic operations, patient service, and healthcare administration.
- Familiarity with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management or electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, accreditation standards, and risk management.
- Experience with panel management, insurance claims, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
- Possession of a valid driving licence and access to personal transportation is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
