Job Summary

Manage fermentation processes and oversee both front-end and back-end services, including customer service and logistics, to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards in beverage production such as kombucha.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent internal and external customer service by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs
• Facilitate two-way communication to foster a motivated, ownership-driven, and collaborative team environment
• Manage daily food and beverage operations within budget while maintaining high-quality standards
• Set operational targets, develop schedules, and implement procedures to optimize workflow and productivity
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Analyze and report sales results and productivity metrics to management for informed decision-making
