Key responsibilities

• Review and assess system-generated alerts based on established guidelines and criteria.
• Conduct preliminary checks and validation to identify potential false positives or genuine cases requiring further review.
• Ensure alerts are accurately documented, classified, and escalated to L2 teams where necessary.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of alert assessments and actions taken.
• Support reporting, tracking, and monitoring of alert volumes and trends.
• Collaborate with operational, compliance, and business teams to ensure timely alert resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate/STPM in Business Administration, Information Management, Finance, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
• Diploma or Degree holders are preferred. Candidates without the stated qualifications must possess at least 6 years of relevant operations experience with a strong performance track record.
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative, operational, compliance, risk monitoring, or support functions.
• Experience in reviewing, validating, and processing data with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
