Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workshop technicians and mechanics.

Allocate repair and service tasks based on technician skill levels and workload.

Oversee quality checks and final inspections before vehicle delivery.

Assist technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle problems.

Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer and safety standards.

Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service orders.

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the workshop.

Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for workflow efficiency.

Provide training and mentoring to junior technicians.

Document and report daily workshop activities and performance.

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive Technology or related field.

5+ years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Experience working with diagnostic tools, service manuals, and workshop software.

1. Skills:

Strong knowledge of automotive systems

Leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency with workshop management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Time management and multitasking capabilities.
