Job Responsibilities:

·       To implement the NPI project management including project initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, closing and other project phases of all project work based on the company's process flow and system;

·       To establish a project team and develop a project management plan to manage project deliverables such as project quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction;

·       Management of the project's performance for the project team member;

·       Communicate with customers on project management and technology, customer reception (for project-related) and other's duties including reception, technical communication, etc;

·       Project related of major production anomaly improvement and treatment;

·       Provide technical and project support to business development department during issuing the quotation stage when necessary;

·       Project Department's daily work management (including training, assessment, personnel training, department target management, etc.);

·       Project department's management including project allocation, resource coordination, communication, etc;

·       Perform any ad-hoc duties assign by superior.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of working experience in a project management or project coordination role.

• Proactive, responsible, and hardworking with a strong sense of ownership.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on project timelines.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Knowledge of graphic skills and design skills;

• Skill requirements and knowledge capabilities for mold structure design;

• Skill requirements and knowledge capabilities for mold simulation analysis;

• Mold expertise is solid, familiar with various mold structures;
