About the role

Join WELLSENTECH SDN BHD' as an Assembly Technician based in Penang. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of our high-quality manufacturing products. With a focus on attention to detail and quality, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional standards our customers expect.

What you'll be doing

• Assemble mechanical components and CNC machined parts according to blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

• Perform basic fitting, alignment, and inspection of assembled parts.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

• Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.

• Work closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to resolve assembly issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and assembly area.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and safety guidelines.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience as an assembly technician or in a similar manufacturing role will be encourage

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
