Role Description

• Lead paid media efforts by planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google (and other relevant digital channels). Ensure each campaign aligns with client goals, delivers measurable ROI, and upholds the company's standards for performance and excellence. 
• Set up and manage campaigns with precision, maintaining a 99% accuracy rate in structure, tracking, and reporting. Analyze performance data relentlessly to reduce costs, improve targeting, and maximize conversions while consistently delivering high-impact results. 
• Partner with client managers to provide proactive insights, troubleshoot issues, and recommend strategic actions. Share learnings across the organization to strengthen team performance and build client trust.

Monthly Salary Range:

RM 4000 - RM 8000 (highly depending on work experience, skill sets, and job fit)

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in paid advertising / paid media management (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).  
• Professional or native fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.  
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.  
• Humble, Hungry, & Smart – thrives in a lean, mission-driven, and cross-functional environment.  
• Strong track record of tracking, data reporting, and performance optimization.  
• Comfortable working directly with directors, client managers, and external vendors on strategy, compliance, and reporting.
