Role Description

• Follow up on leads and enquiries provided by the company through phone calls and email.
• Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and introduce relevant company offerings.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Update lead and sales records and provide regular reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with the Certification team on customer requirements and confirmed business.
• Answer and respond to incoming customer enquiries by phone.
• Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or business development.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in certification or the related industry is an advantage.
