We are seeking a client-facing SOC Manager to lead and manage 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) functions across IT environments, with exposure to OT security being an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in S.OC deployment, incident response, threat hunting, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate technical insights into business-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day SOC operations, ensuring effective 24x7 monitoring and incident response
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, driving weekly incident reviews, executive reporting, and security posture discussions
• Oversee deployment and operationalization of SOC solutions, including SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel) and exposure to OT security tools (e.g., Tenable OT is a plus)
• Lead incident response activities, including ransomware investigations, root cause analysis, and mitigation planning
• Conduct Microsoft 365 security assessments covering Defender, identity, email security, and logging
• Drive proactive threat hunting initiatives to identify and mitigate emerging threats
• Translate technical findings into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders
• Continuously enhance SOC processes, playbooks, and overall security posture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Security operations
• Proven expertise in S.OC management, incident response, and threat hunting
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel)
• Solid understanding of ransomware attack lifecycle and mitigation strategies
• Experience in Microsoft 365 security ecosystem
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to OT (Operational Technology) security environments and tools (e.g., Tenable OT)
• Experience in IT/OT integrated S.OC environments
