About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join the manufacturing team at Yolo Tech Sdn. Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Pekan Nanas, Johor. As a QC Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your work will be essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and protecting customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in identifying defects, managing quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and verify quantity and product condition.

• Record incoming inspection results accurately.

• Perform in-process inspections and identify defects or abnormalities.

• Conduct final inspection of finished goods before delivery.

• Verify packing and ensure products meet customer requirements.

• Segregate NG parts and report quality issues.

• Support sorting activities when required.

• Maintain inspection reports and traceability records.

• Use approved limit samples and inspection standards.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S and safety requirements.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in QC, inspection or manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

• Good attention to detail and able to identify product defects.

• Responsible, disciplined and able to follow inspection procedures.

• Able to maintain accurate inspection records.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
