️ Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical. This role supports the day-to-day maintenance operations across the resort, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and servicing of air-conditioning units (split, cassette, and portable systems). Assist in maintaining electrical components such as lights, sockets, switches, and basic wiring

• Report malfunctions and support troubleshooting under the guidance of senior maintenance personnel

• Carry out basic repair work and replace faulty components as instructed

• Help maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and resort procedures

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and provide daily updates to the supervisor or senior technician

Requirements:

• Certificate in Electrical, Air-Conditioning, or a related technical field

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and air-conditioning maintenance

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper tool handling

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors or senior technicians

• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
