Job Responsibilities / Job Description

• Handle and prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate and prepare daily delivery schedules.
• Communicate with customers and delivery/warehouse teams regarding orders and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on any delivery issues.
• Maintain proper filing and records of invoices, orders, and delivery documents.
• Assist with general administrative duties related to logistics and warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in administration, logistics, warehouse, or order processing.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, especially when handling invoices and delivery documents.
• Able to work in a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment.
