Position : Corporate Planning Executive

Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 5,000

Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Planning Executive to support corporate strategy development, business expansion initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. The role combines strategic planning, compliance support, and financial analysis to help drive sustainable business growth and operational alignment across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Support corporate strategy development, business growth initiatives, and market expansion planning
• Monitor regulatory and legal developments and assist in ensuring corporate compliance
• Assist in reviewing contracts, identifying risks, and supporting legal and dispute-related matters
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking activities
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments to ensure alignment of corporate objectives
• Assist in cross-functional strategic projects and ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Support international business initiatives and liaison with overseas stakeholders when required
• Contribute to partnership development and business collaboration opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc corporate planning and strategic tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate planning, legal, finance, or related roles
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Good analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and legal information
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or strategic planning is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
