SCOPE OF WORKS

Responsible to assist all Technician, Supervisors and Maintenance Managers in ensuring that all minor repair, cleaning and maintenance works are carried out properly and according to specifications. The scope of responsibility includes:

• Housekeeping
• Sanitary & Piping Works
• Civil and Structural Works
• Electrical Works
• Landscaping Works
• Mechanical Works

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the Maintenance Manager to ensure that all mechanical, electrical, piping and civil & mechanical systems are operating smoothly.

2. Carry out system and equipment inspection work and carry out repair work for minor damage and then provide inspection and repair reports to Facility Manager as contained in the Specification and list of contract documents.

3. Monitor all maintenance work by sub-contractors including repair, installation, modification or upgrading and repair works.

4. Prepare reports of damage and defects in connection with mechanical, electrical and civil & structural works to management.

5. Ensure daily maintenance works run smoothly with minimal complaints.

6. Inspect, record and monitor parts and safety of parts and ensure that the stock is always sufficient at all times.

7. Respond directly to the Facility Manager's instructions when there is a complaint about the damage and report on the status of the actions and improvements that have been made.

8. Comply with and implement all safety precautions and measures and be responsible for ensuring that all work is avoided from hazardous conditions.

9. Ensure that all complaints are taken to completion.

10. Attend management and technical courses organized by Perbadanan Putrajaya to improve the quality of work, skills and knowledge.

11. To do monthly inspection of perimeter drain.

12. To do monthly inspection of sewerlines mainhole.

13. Service,inspection and clear any blockage at gutter and rain water down pipe.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

SPM, At least 6 (six) months of working experience and capable to perform minor repairs, routine maintenance, and general facility upkeep tasks, or Certificate of Politechnic /IKM/IKBN/ILP or PW4 (for electrical technician only).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
