Full Time Quality Control (QC) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in ESTEEM METAL FABRICATION SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1. Material Inspection

• Verify all raw materials (metal sheets, rods, plates, alloys) meet technical specifications.
• Check dimensions, thickness and metal types according to drawings and standards.

2. Manufacturing Process Inspection

• Monitor cutting, bending, welding and machining processes for compliance.
• Ensure processes follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tolerance limits.
• Oversee machine usage to maintain dimensional accuracy.

3. Finished Product Inspection

• Perform visual inspections to detect defects such as cracks, rust, burrs or deformations.
• Conduct dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges or CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
• Test functionality for products with moving parts or assemblies.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Prepare daily/week QC reports.
• Maintain inspection records and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Provide data for internal and external audits.

5. Non-Conformance Management

• Identify and report products not meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for corrective actions.
• Ensure defective products are not shipped to customers.

6. Standards & Audits

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM, etc.).
• Assist with internal and external quality audits.
• Review procedures and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.

7. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with Production, Engineering and Purchasing teams.
• Provide quality input for product design and development.
• Monitor vendors/subcontractors to ensure material and workmanship quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
