Kerja Sepenuh Masa Technician ( M-E) - Real Estate, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Mah Sing Properties Johor - Maukerja

Responsibility:

- To undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of facilities in the premises.

- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.

- Perform maintenance of electrical system (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)

- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality

- Inspects alarm system (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.

- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)

- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks and assigned

- Attend defect checks for VP/unsold units

- To take part in PDI for new projects

Any other job assignment delegated from superior / management from time to time

Requirement:

- Candidate must possess SPM/Certificate/Diploma in M&E or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.

-Familiar with building maintenance/ facilities maintenance works

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
