Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC machining processes, quality inspection, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, and/or machining center equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine settings.
• Load programs and make machine offsets and adjustments as required.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM equipment (if applicable).
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.
• Maintain production records and inspection documentation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
