Job Responsibility

• Assist in daily accounting and finance administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing payment documentation for suppliers, subcontractors, and other parties.
• Assist in maintaining proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Liaise with the Purchasing, Project, HR, and other departments to obtain necessary supporting documents
• Assist in updating accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist with general administrative duties related to the Accounts Department.

Job Requirtment

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship students from universities, colleges, or other recognized institutions are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good attention to detail and able to handle figures accurately.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,001.00 per month
