Full Time Production Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,600 in PARIS BAGUETTE LOGISTICS SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the achievement of operational priorities by effectively managing safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Manage and supervise production operations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with lean manufacturing principles and the 4M+E (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) initiative.
• Strategically plan and allocate plant resources to meet daily operational requirements.
• Ensure the execution of production standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance with manufacturing conditions and quality control standards, and address and resolve any production deviations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to manage routine shift maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and continuous line improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a growth mindset that positively impacts safety, quality and productivity.
• Establish and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working instruction (WI) and standards for each process/section.
• Develop team competencies and enhance skills in coordination with production manager / Human Resources.
• Ensure compliance of processes and equipment with internal and external regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP, HALAL).
• Support new product development initiatives alongside cost-saving strategies.
• Support any ad hoc activities as needed to ensure efficient and effective production.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in bachelor’s in food science / engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 - 5 years working experience in food manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in food production management with a strong understanding of food production process, equipment and technology.
• Adequate leadership, communication, interpersonal skill, strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge & experience of handling food safety regulation (e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 / FSSC22000).
• Willing to work at Nusajaya Tech Park, Iskandar Puteri.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,600.00 per month
