Full Time Accountant Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,500 in JCO JEWELRY PTE. LTD. Tai Seng - Maukerja

• Handle full sets of accounts, including monthly bank reconciliation & journal entries.
• Review monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variance and trend.
• Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register
• Reviewing Staff’s AP entries and staff claims
• Financial planning & Analysis for Sales, Cost and Inventory
• Liaising with the merchandising department for month-end inventory costing
• Oversee and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required
• Liaise with external parties for compliance and grant applications and claims
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the finance team and across departments
• Participate in process improvement projects such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the Head of Department from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional accounting qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or in a related role
• Professional work ethic, leadership qualities and strong personal integrity.
• Knowledgeable in accounting software is advantageous
• Knowledgeable inAutocount system would be a distinct advantage
• Prior experience in the E-Commerce industry is advantageous
• Meticulous attention to detail and a cautious to financial management
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
