Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Management Trainee based in Batu Pahat, Johor.

Our Management Trainee Program is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management. Through structured job rotations, you will gain hands‑on exposure to critical operational functions and develop the skills needed for a long‑term career in operations leadership.

What You Will Learn & Experience

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate across the following areas:

• Production Planning: Support production scheduling, capacity planning, and execution monitoring to ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory Control: Assist in managing raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory while analyzing stock accuracy and efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality checks, audits, documentation, and root cause analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintenance: Gain exposure to preventive and corrective maintenance activities, equipment performance, and reliability improvement.
• Supply Chain: Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, logistics, and end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
• Project & Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross‑functional projects focused on productivity, cost optimization, process improvement, or operational excellence.

Who Should Apply

• Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above, or
• Candidates with less than 2 years of working experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical mindset with keen interest in manufacturing and operations
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on, plant or operational environment
• Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude
