Operations Manager — TikTok Shop

Dage International is an e-commerce enabler working with some of Malaysia’s leading consumer brands. We help brands grow and scale their businesses across major e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop, marketplace operations, sales growth, and execution.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our TikTok Shop team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how TikTok and TikTok Shop work, has strong commercial instincts, and can manage both clients and a fast-moving team.

You will be responsible for driving the performance of multiple client TikTok Shop accounts while managing the team responsible for day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the TikTok Shop operations team, ensuring strong execution and performance.
• Manage and grow client TikTok Shop accounts, including store operations, campaigns, promotions, bundles, and product strategy.
• Develop attractive product bundles, promotions, and sales strategies to improve conversion and overall GMV.
• Monitor client KPIs and take ownership of achieving agreed sales, revenue, traffic, conversion, and other performance targets.
• Analyze TikTok Shop performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Communicate regularly with clients, understand their business objectives, and provide recommendations and updates.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate key results, issues, and action plans to the main office.
• Manage priorities across multiple brands and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Make fast, commercially sound decisions when issues or opportunities arise.
• Coach, manage, and develop team members to improve execution and performance.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, TikTok Shop features, consumer behavior, promotions, and e-commerce best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop — you should understand what drives views, engagement, conversion, and sales.
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, TikTok Shop, digital marketing, marketplace operations, or a related field.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking. You understand that the goal isn't simply to get views — the goal is to drive sales and grow the client's business.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Willing to make decisions and take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger commercial picture.

You understand both the platform and the consumer. You can look at a product, pricing, promotion, bundle, content strategy, and campaign performance and identify what needs to change.

You are also comfortable leading people, managing clients, and juggling multiple priorities at once. This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to do at every step. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, make decisions, and move quickly.
