Partnership Lead (Digital Focus)

• Managing a team, reporting to Management Team

Accountabilities:

• Drive new business acquisition as a primary commercial hunter, opening doors to high-value digital and affinity partners.
• Lead and scale a large, dedicated distribution team, setting clear performance targets and fostering an agile, growth-driven environment.
• Move beyond traditional setups to structure innovative, tech-enabled distribution strategies with e-commerce, digital platforms, and affinity ecosystems.
• Oversee end-to-end partnership management, from initial pitch and commercial negotiation to technical integration and operational launch.
• Act as the strategic relationship lead across designated key accounts, driving long-term value, cross-selling opportunities, and profitable growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal product, digital, and operational teams to design tailored solutions that align with partner ecosystems.
