Mainframe z/OS System Administrator (12-month contract)

About the Company:

Our client is one of the world's top banks.

• Role: Mainframe System Administrator (12-month contract)
• Remuneration: Up to SGD 5,300 per month
• Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Mainframe z/OS system programmer/administrator for

• Mainframe CICS and MQ
• Mainframe zSeries hardware
• Mainframe z/OS operating system
• Mainframe IBM and 3rd Party Vendor System Software
• Mainframe storage area network
• Mainframe attached disk storage system
• Mainframe attached tape storage system

Roles and responsibilities include

• Create and maintain Host Platform technology strategy, architecture and roadmap
• Provide Host Platform infrastructure initiatives project management
• Design, install, configure and deploy host infrastructure and solution
• Provide Host Platform project and L3 support
• Plan and manage Host Platform upkeep and change schedule
• Deploy Host Platform upkeep and change
• Manage risks and controls, provide audit support, and perform RCSA for Host Platform

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

Mainframe System Administrator

• Mainframe operating systems. Eg TSO, JES2, ISPF, RACF
• JCL language
