We are looking for our first AI Solutions Engineer to build intelligent systems that transform how we operate. This role will focus on enhancing our customer-facing AI solutions while automating workflows across sales, operations, HR, finance, and other departments. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions from concept to production.
• Build machine learning pipelines and integrate AI models into applications.
• Develop, test, optimize, and maintain scalable software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve AI systems.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Go.
• Good understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, AI agents, or deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
