This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee, based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The Management Trainee will undergo structured training and mentorship to develop knowledge and practical skills in financial consultation and client engagement.

The role involves supporting client advisory activities, learning financial planning concepts, and working closely with experienced advisors to gain hands-on industry exposure. Trainees will also participate in company training programmes and develop communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and make informed decisions

- Team collaboration, time management, and organizational skills

- Willingness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive mindset

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
