Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Medical Laboratory Technologist (Pathology) di Singapore General Hospital - Maukerja

The Medical Laboratory Technologist will be working in TRAIL (Translational Research and Innovation Lab) under Division of Pathology. TRAIL serves to accelerate the development of new diagnostic tools and novel treatment/interventions through the translation of scientific discoveries discovered on the bench into the clinical space. By bringing together both Pathology and Clinical domain experts in fields related (but not limited to) assay development, molecular diagnostics and proteomics assays, the laboratory aims to serve as an incubator to roll out novel assays/interventions developed by SingHealth/SGH Researchers for clinical care.

You will perform laboratory tests, assist in preparing various types of media as well as receive and process specimens, including carrying out specialised investigations of patient samples. In addition, you will perform on-going quality control checks to ensure test results are precise and accurate.

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or its equivalent
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and in a team
• Able to work in a responsible, meticulous and efficient manner
• Possess good communication skills
