Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate operational teams to achieve business and operational objectives.
• Plan and manage warehouse manpower and equipment resources in line with operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including operational, safety and security requirements.
• Train and develop subordinate staff on job responsibilities, operational procedures, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Act as the primary operational advisor to the management team on warehouse and operational matters, including problem-solving and escalation of significant issues.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to support the establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of the quality management system.
• Monitor and continuously improve contract KPIs and overall service performance.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure agreed service standards are consistently achieved and continuously improved.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage contract financials, including budgets, P&L, revenue streams and operational costs.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing medium to large-sized teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge and experience in Free Zone and bonded warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be based in Johor Bahru (Senai/PTP/Tebrau).
