• Develop and produce AutoCAD drawings, detaileddrawings, and 3D renderings

• Create and present interior design concepts,including materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings, while ensuringalignment with brand requirements and budgets.

• Source and coordinate materials, suppliers, andcontractors to achieve cost-effective and high-quality project outcomes.

• Conduct site inspections, monitor projectprogress, resolve defects/issues to ensure quality standards and project coordinationtimeline are met

• Support design, material and finishes selectionbased on project direction

• Collaborate closely with internal Sales Team /Project Coordinators to ensure timely drawing submission

• Up to date on design trends and materials
  

Preferred competencies andqualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD or other designsoftware to produce detailed design drawings

• Strong organizational skills to manage workefficiently and maintain orderly documentation

• Good problem-solving skills to resolve customerissues calmly and effectively

• Responsible and proactive approach with theability to follow standard operating procedures

• Sales-driven mindset with interest or experiencein interior design
