Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Import, export and transfer coordination
  • Inventory management with proper records and transactions
  • Maintain good relationsips with customers and colleagues
  • Up keep department KPI and take on additional task when assign
  • Coordination with warehouse team for daily operations
  • Support other functions within department and peers when needed
Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior


    Essential Qualities

    • Knowledge of import and export, inventory management and WMS applications
    • Team player and customer centric
    Willing to support operations even on weekends and after office hours


      Qualifications and skills requirements

      • WMS application
      • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
      • Good experience and knowledge will be advantageous
      • Min N/O level, Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management
      Relevant experience in logistics


        Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
        Company transport to and from Jurong East MRT.
