Sepenuh Masa Project Engineer Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,000 in MING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Geylang - Maukerja

We are looking for a dedicated engineer who can manage, plan and oversee the construction projects or alterations and extensions to existing properties or other structures. You will be monitoring the progress of an architectural project and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the designs are being followed closely.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth operations of daily site administration as well all shop drawings, Method of Statement and relevant document submissions are in order and filled both digitally and physically where required
• Revision of drawings using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct daily incoming and in-process quality check on both Supervisor and Sub-con
• Check and verify Sub-con claim according to actual works on site
• Conduct outgoing check and prepare COC
• Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters, records and arrange manpower for all defect works
• Conduct scoring inspection for the valid unit for hand-over
• Assist in cost control by cutting materials wastage, reducing labour cost, usage of tools and equipment etc
• Establishing control systems to ensure efficient functioning of structures, safe work procedure (SWP) established and environmental protection
• Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with ability to communicate with all levels
• Willing to work on some Saturdays
• 2-4 years of working experience in the related field of construction/interior design is required for this position.
