We are looking for an experienced Bake r specializing in bread production. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in bread making, including dough preparation, mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking.

Job Description

• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to established recipes and production requirements.
• Roll, shape, and mold dough into the desired shapes and sizes.
• Prepare, cook, and evenly portion fillings into pie shells.
• Review production schedules to determine the required variety and quantity of baked goods.
• Maintain consistent product quality, portion sizes, and presentation throughout the production process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Good knowledge of bread products and baking processes.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
