Supervisor Responsibilities

• Set goals for performanceand deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision andcommunicate them to subordinates

• Organize workflow and ensurethat employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

• Monitor employee productivityand provide constructive feedback and coaching

• Receive complaints and resolveproblems

• Maintain timekeeping andpersonnel records

• Pass on information from uppermanagement to employees and vice versa

• Prepare and submit performancereports

• Decide on reward and promotionbased on performance

• Hire and train new employees

• Ensure adherence to legal andcompany policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the needarises

Requirements

• Proven experience assupervisor or relevant role

• Familiarity with companypolicies and legal guidelines of the field

• Ability to learn a variety ofjob descriptions

• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

• Outstanding organizational andleadership skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office
