THE ROLE

Dessert is never an afterthought at CÉ LA VI. Our pastry section is where precision meets creativity — from show-stopping plated desserts to the details that finish every table. As Chef de Partie (Pastry), you’ll take full ownership of your section, keeping standards razor-sharp through late-night service, brunch rushes and everything in between.

YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...

• Have 2–3 years’ experience in a pastry kitchen and know your craft inside out

• Take pride in precision — texture, temperature and presentation all matter

• Stay composed and organised when the pace picks up

• Enjoy coaching junior pastry chefs coming up through the section

• Want to keep sharpening your technique in a kitchen that pushes standards higher
