• Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing project scopes, detailed work plans, resource forecasts, and precise milestones. ************* +2
• Technical Oversight: Reviewing and approving technical designs, drawings, and engineering deliverables to ensure accuracy and functionality. ************* +1
• Quality & Compliance Control: Monitoring all work to ensure it aligns with industry codes, performance standards, and QA/QC policies. ************* +1
• Budget & Resource Management: Tracking project expenditures, reviewing bids, and helping approve material costs and subcontractor billings. ************* +1
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Bridging the gap between field teams, contractors, architects, and the client, ensuring everyone has the necessary technical support. ************* +1
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identifying potential engineering or timeline obstacles early and implementing corrective actions during execution. ************* +1
