Full Time E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT (CONTRACT) Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Big Fat Smile Sdn Bhd Johor Bahru - Maukerja

We are looking for a friendly, organized and proactive E-Commerce Customer Support to join our Marketing team. This role focuses on supporting our affiliate community by handling enquiries, maintaining relationships, coordinating campaigns and sample requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day affiliate operations.

If you have experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Admin, Sales Support, Retail or E-Commerce, your skills are highly transferable to this position.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates and respond to their enquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing affiliates.
• Provide affiliates with relevant marketing materials, product information and campaign resources.
• Monitor affiliate activities and ensure compliance with campaign terms and conditions.
• Track affiliate performance and support campaign optimisation.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly affiliate sales reports.
• Process affiliate product sample requests accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate affiliate records and documentation.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with customer service or customer support experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Admin, Sales Support, Retail, E-Commerce, Marketing or similar customer-facing roles is also welcome.
• Comfortable communicating and following up with customers, affiliates or external partners.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to handle multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

Nice To Have

• Experience handling enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.
• Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience maintaining customer/order records or preparing reports.
• Exposure to affiliates, influencers or content creators.
