• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Warehouse, Transport, Operations, Freight Forwarding, and Customs to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor shipment status and provide customers with timely updates.
• Follow up on delivery, collection, shipment delays, shortages, damages, and other logistics-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
• Process customer orders and ensure information is updated accurately in the system.
• Prepare quotations, delivery documentation, reports, and other customer-related documents when required.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and special requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and investigate issues to provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate operational or service-related issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
• Monitor outstanding customer requests and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all customer service activities comply with company procedures and service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager or Supervisor.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
