Account Manager — IT Services (Malaysia)

Job Summary:

We're looking for an ambitious, results-driven Account Manager to own and grow a focused portfolio of client accounts in Malaysia. You'll build relationships with decision makers, understand their business and technology needs, and identify opportunities across our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building relationships with decision makers, not just working-level contacts.
• Understand client business objectives and technology challenges; act as a trusted advisor
• Identify and pursue account expansion and new business opportunities across IT staffing, managed services, and related technology solutions
• Run regular client meetings and business reviews to surface upcoming needs.
• Partner with delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to shape solutions and proposals.
• Prepare proposals, SOWs, and commercial responses; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and account activity
• Own client escalations through to resolution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT services, technology sales, account management, staffing, or consulting.
• Track record managing multiple enterprise accounts and closing new business.
• Existing relationships with technology decision makers strongly preferred
• Strong communicator — comfortable with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Success Looks like

• Growing existing accounts, developing new client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
