About the Opportunity

SynapsCo is supporting an international engineering organization specializing in mission-critical cooling solutions for Data Center projects across Southeast Asia.

We are currently seeking a Service Engineer to support the servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of Data Center Cooling / HVAC systems.

Preferred Background

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

• Data Center Cooling Systems
• Precision Air Conditioning
• CRAC / CRAH Systems
• Chillers and Chilled Water Systems
• HVAC Service & Maintenance
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
• Testing & Commissioning
• Customer technical support
• Mission-Critical Facilities

Experience with organizations such as Vertiv, Schneider Electric, Daikin Applied, Carrier, Johnson Controls, Climaveneta, Envicool, Exyte, or similar organizations would be advantageous.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience supporting HVAC or cooling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable providing customer/site technical support.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
