Kerja Sepenuh Masa Management Trainee (Human Resources), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Bina Plastic Industries Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist with office administration and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
• Assist in company hostel management (including inspection, servicing and maintenance) and workers transportation arrangements.
• Responsible for hostel workers records keeping, rental and utility invoices/bills processing (electricity, water and sewerage).
• Prepare HR & Admin monthly reports, correspondence, and other documentation as instructed by Head of Department.
• Responsible for staff claim processing and verification, and petty cash management.
• Responsible for company vehicle management including renewal of insurance, road tax, lorry inspection and vehicles servicing.
• Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Diploma holder with minimum 2 years experiences in HR or administration functions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Competency in AI applications is an added advantage.
• Preferably candidate with experience in managing foreign workers company hostel and workers transportation
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner, proactive, dynamic, patient, ability to work with minimum supervision and a team player.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan/Balakong.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
